FAQ:

  • When will I receive my order?

Answer: Our processing period can take anywhere from 4-7 days. After this period, it will take anywhere from 12-20 days or 21-35 days to receive your order. Please note all packages are delayed due to COVID 19, however we are doing our best to get your goodies to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and support.

*Shipping times do not include processing times.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages?

Answer: We at Annes Meadow are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you come across this problem, please get in touch with your local post office. All claims must be filed with the courier or taken up with your local postal service authority.

*Please double check that you have entered the correct shipping address, as Annes Meadow will not be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong mailing address.

  • I received only part of my order. Where are the other items?

Answer: We work with many suppliers, so you may receive some items earlier than others. The other items should arrive shortly after the ones you have received.

  • My tracking states delivered, but I haven’t received anything.

Answer: On occasions, a parcel will be marked as delivered by the shipping courier in advance. If you received a delivery notice, please contact a family member was home at the time of your local USPS.

*USPS updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. Wait another business day. If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Annes Meadow cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
