Are you experiencing a defective item?

Is your new fave item not as expected?

Have you yet to receive your order? 

We strive to provide the highest quality of craftsmanship and will only process returns for defective, broken, or tarnished items within 15 days of receiving your order. 
Note: All bikinis are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons. 
To initiate a smooth return, please email us at annesea.co@gmail.com with the following:

(1) Order number as the subject

(2) Clear and detailed description of the issue and

(3) Photos of the damaged items

Please return items in original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds will process in 7-10 business days.
IMPORTANT: Annesea is not responsible for covering freight costs.
